Tweaks breaking Livesplit/Streamlabs game overlay #574

I really enjoy Speedrunning Resi 4, and when I first heard of tweaks I got really excited. I enjoy all the features it has and since I don't really have a competitive need to post my times on SRC leaderboards, I thought this is going to be a nice update. Turns out that having tweaks enabled completely breaks my setup, as I only have one monitor. With the vanilla game being in Windowed and using a Borderless Gaming program to turn it into borderless, I can have Livesplit display on top of the game as well as have my chat as an overlays with Streamlabs. Both of those don't work with Tweaks.

I have no idea if this is even fixable on your end or if you've heard about this problem from others as well, but I'd like some feedback. If this is something that can't be fixed, then so be it and I'll go back to vanilla.

Either way you guys have done a great job, really enjoying this. Keep up the great work!

re4_tweaks provides a WindowBorderless option in the Display category when you open its UI. You don't need to use Borderless Gaming whenever you play the game anymore. Just make sure the game's in windowed mode before you enable the option.

For the record, I'm not a developer of this project. But I thought I'd give a response since this repository has been rather quiet lately, and because I also use Borderless Gaming for a lot of games lol
