Try creating a CrashDumps folder in the game's Bin32 directory. The crash dumps (logs) will be stored there, attach them here to help find the root cause.

I have created the CrashDumps folder in X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\CrashDumps but is not generating any info.

Sounds like our DLL isn't being loaded in, could you try renaming dinput8.dll to xinput1_3.dll and see if that helps? If not maybe try x3daudio1_7.dll

Also do you use any kind of antivirus software?

I have renamed the file dinput8.dll to xinput1_3.dll started the and it crashes same with x3daudio1_7.dll, yes I have windows defender and created an exclusion bio4.exe then disable it completely started the game and unfortunately same result.

Hm, could you take a screenshot of your Bin32 folder?

E: ohh also try making CrashDumps folder inside Bin32 instead of BIO4, maybe that will generate crash log there, if not then try root of Resident Evil 4 folder as well (so you'll have BIO4, Bin32, and CrashDumps next to each other)

Here it is: image

I did that on Bin32 and the root folder no crash dumps were generated, I'm downloading the RE4HD project files from a torrent I'm trying with different download and see if maybe the files that I downloaded first are not complete.
