Dear @matthew-brett, @effieges @oesteban please accept the project from the Bold-but-Better group.

We've implemented 3 outlier detection method and then applied GLM with convolved hrf model to calculate MRSS, which we used as the measure of their effectiveness. The script by default opts for the method with the biggest reduction in MRSS. That option can be overridden, and all outliers combined with the --conservative flag.

The reasoning why each volume is rejected, is written out in the educated_guess.txt file in the root folder. Optionally, a --verbose flag can be set to see what the module is doing and --show for visuals.

We hope you like our work, albeit, not perfect and we might still add some methods to it (an ML method), but please accept this as our submission.

Sorry - not yet - I'm dangerously busy these days with my university work - @oesteban @effigies - do either of you have time to look? I'll get some more time on Wednesday.
