Friends,

This is the first FYI PR I'm going to be pushing. This time I just updated the setup.cfg with minimal details and then run black on Python code.

dMRIPrep is happening

In the file dmriprep/cli/parser.py:

Line 37:34: E203 whitespace before ':'

To test for issues locally, pip install flake8 and then run flake8 dmriprep.
