Version scheme #6

Should we use semver or calver? I created 1.0 and 2.0 milestones, but there's no need to stick with them. I'm a little inclined toward the nipreps-calver system, as it will clearly mark age of last significant updates.

In the absence of comment, let it be written: fmripost-aroma will use nipreps-calver.

I messed up and made the first release as 0.0.1, but I'll use calver for future releases.

No problem at all. I typically start with a 0.0.X releases just to test out the release process.
