Single subject ICA as an option for denoising? #9

Hi!

Would it be possible to run single subject ICA as an option in fmriprep? We use this information to inspect our data and eventually train FIX. While I know AROMA is doing something similar, the ability to use FIX and have some flexibility in what is removed would be useful.

Hi @acjanes, when running fMRIPrep with the --ica-aroma flag you will also get FSL MELODIC's ICA decompositions, which you can use to eventually train FIX - I believe.

Perhaps fMRIPost-AROMA could be configured to give users more control over the ICA parameters, in case FIX doesn't use the same settings as AROMA. In any case, I think this can be transferred to fmripost-aroma (unfortunately, I don't have the necessary permissions to do that).
