Run fmriprep-docker as user (-u) by default? #1233

This would allow users who are not in the docker group to run their workflows more conveniently without elevated privileges (provided they can run docker without sudo).

This seems reasonable to me, and pretty easy to auto-detect. We could check whether the scratch and output directories will be writable before dropping into Docker, too.

Been looking at this, and correctly handling Windows users is going to be a pain. I guess we could leave them as root and default to -u for posix users...
