Possible L-R flip in ds000229 sub-07 #2282

What version of fMRIPrep are you using?

20.2.0rc0

What kind of installation are you using? Containers (Singularity, Docker), or "bare-metal"?

Did fMRIPrep generate the visual report for this particular subject? If yes, could you share it?

Details

BBR alignment shows good overall fit, but the gray/white boundary seems off. z=17 in particular looks like a possible L-R flip.

This may be a problem in the dataset, not fMRIPrep's handling.

Doesn't look like there's a standalone tool in AFNI for this, but it seems to be mostly implemented here.
