Does the current version of fmriprep support the output of 32K GIfTI data? #3167

Hello there! I was wondering if the current version of fmriprep has the feature to produce output in the format of 32K GIfTI data (not cifti). Thank you!

No. Out of curiosity, what outputs do you want, on what 32K mesh?

Actually, I'm working on making fmriprep compatible with CAT12, but it seems that CAT12 currently doesn't support functional data in the fsaverage5 space. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Sorry, I don't know anything about CAT12. I might suggest searching Neurostars and posting a question there if you can't find what you need.
