Bad BOLD skullstrip leads to wrong tCompCor mask #900

This is the result of a very bad co-registration (EPI-to-T1). And that co-registration is very bad because fieldmap correction went horribly (see the last axial cut on the right z=-19, with a ghost of the posterior lobe).

In this case, fieldmap correction went horribly because the FoV makes inhomogeneity peaks fall on the edges of the mask. This is why I spent a lot of time with a B-Spline smoother for the field.

No other solutions that I can think of.
