I use a lot the background and the average BOLD to assess fMRI image quality, but not so much the brain extraction and normalization.
[ ] As such, I propose moving the "extended reports shared across echos" section below the "extended echo-wise reports".
[ ] Second, I'm not convinced that it is a good idea to downgrade the average BOLD to the extended report and I would propose promoting the background visualization to the main report.
In the light of those comments, I'm however realizing that one point is not entirely clear: Why do we have a base and an extended report in the first place?
[ ] Third, I would change the name of the zoomed-in average BOLD to "Average signal through time, zoomed-in covering just the brain" (same title as image above) to make it clearer that it is the same image just zoomed-in
