Running mriqc on QSM data #1181

Hi there,

I'm trying to use mriqc to run quality checks (specifically signal-to-noise) on quantitative susceptibility mapping data. I'm using docker to call the mriqc functions, and it appears to be working. However, I am not getting any output, and I figured this was due to the type of data I am running. Is there a potential workaround for this?

Hi @ChristiEssex, I'm not positive it will work very well on QSM data. Unless you have made some effort to disguise the input as T1w or T2w images, I presume MRIQC is just not finding any workable images.

What is the structure of the data you are passing in?
