I made a few changes to the sbatch.sh file to make it clear where other users may want to make changes, and left more detailed comments about the trickier bits of code. I also simplified a complicated use of sed.
I've executed this on ds002785 on Sherlock and it ran on the majority of subjects, with the errors being unrelated to the sbatch script.
