Provide tissue-class-specific TSNR #375

Open mfalkiewicz opened 7 years ago

At this moment the reports provide averaged TSNR over the entire brain. Because GM, WM and CSF have very different levels of TSNR, a lot of information is lost in the process of averaging. It would be much more informative if TSNR was provided for each tissue class separately.

(from #710) https://neurostars.org/t/advice-for-optimizing-subcortical-signal-with-phased-array-head-coils/1504/3?u=chrisgorgolewski

The extension to cover #710 includes other anatomical regions (not limited just to brain tissues).
