Workflow issue #644

Hi mriqc devs,

I am running MRIQC in docker (stable; Version 17.06.2-ce-mac27 (19124)) on OSX 10.11.16.

I started mriqc with the following command:

docker run \
       -it \
       --rm \
       -v "${ddir}":/data:ro \
       -v "${odir}":/out poldracklab/mriqc:latest /data /out participant \
       --participant_label sub-CF1036ENT sub-CF1038ENT sub-CF1051ENT

(where ddir is my data folder and odir is my output folder)

Mriqc does not finish, but crashes. Here is the terminal output:

This looks like you are hitting the default memory limitations of docker in Mac: https://github.com/poldracklab/mriqc/issues/388#issuecomment-281208441

Please check this section of the documentation (http://mriqc.readthedocs.io/en/stable/docker.html) and let us know if that fixed the issue.

I think this is a problem of hitting the memory maximum, unrelated to #536. I'll close it for now, please reopen if revising memory limits did not work.
