Adding IQM(s) for vNav sequences in anatomical reports #756

I'd like to contribute a change to add new IQMs for vNav sequence motion numbers.

vNav sequences provide motion information for structural sequences that would be useful for determining scan quality.

The proposed change is adding IQMs for mean RMS motion and mean max motion derived from motion information that would stored in the BIDS sidecar of (vNav-acquired) structural scans. Ideally, there would also be a plot in the anatomical report of RMS and/or max motion over time.

Is this something that you'd consider including in mriqc?
