What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to terminal and type sudo apt-get install paint-mono
2. You receive an error that says it depends on mono-tools-locales, but
that that is not installable.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should download Paint Mono, but instead I get the error that mono-tools-
locales is not installable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 - Hardy Heron.

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually, it's a Paint Mono problem. I don't have this problem with anything
else. I
think it is being distributed incorrectly.

dsuzukisanders: That post was made over a year ago; I no longer have Ubuntu
installed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm having this problem as well. Is there no resolution for this?
