Formatting Notebooks with YAML metadata. #30

This PR has the following two additions-

  1. YAML metadata in raw format for the hyperparameter-optimisation.ipynb and decision-tree-real-input-real-output.ipynb files.
  2. I have also used f-strings instead of string concatenation (as suggested in the previous PR's review note).
