Add pie chart for showing breakdown by appliances #1

This is required to make a stronger case of what are the critical appliances and also show the nilm space, along the following 2 dimensions:

I think this is very useful and important in Indian context where we see that appliances like AC, geyser etc. contribute to significant proportion and can be easily disaggregated with simple NILM approaches.

It's in section 1.5.1 in https://github.com/nipunreddevil/nilm/blob/master/REDD_House2_Analysis.pdf Please see that 1/3 of the power is not attributed to any appliance, which is huge.
