DISCUSS: Release soon? #206

Once the website is updated (#205), it might be a good time to do a release. We have the new vector functionality, and haven't released in about 9 months.

Nobody seems opposed to it at least so I'll give this a shot after #205 lands. (Speak now or forever hold your peace!)
