Both are programmatically generated from paper.md (in joss-paper branch) using https://github.com/nipy/heudiconv/blob/paper-joss/tools/joss-paper-buddy

We need to remove CITATION.cff so .zenodo.json is used by zenodo so we could get split affiliations and correct order for JOSS paper
