@satra -- Shall we make a new version (minor/major?) with a github tag, and on docker hub (https://hub.docker.com/r/nipy/mindboggle/)? If so, would you please provide a brief summary for both? Should we have all template files in the same osf.io account?

@binarybottle - we should make a new release.

@mgxd is testing these updates and our plan is to run it on all of the FCP-Indi data, and push the outputs back. we will start with ABIDE1 and ADHD200, but then move to HBN.

so let's wait till his testing is complete before pushing the image, but feel free to build the new image.

the template files come from Mindboggle and Mindboggle-101 on osf. i think that's ok. more importantly there is an effort by @oesteban to coordinate and consolidate templates, and we may switch to that at some point. https://github.com/templateflow/templateflow

Hi @binarybottle - I was able to successfully run mb on aws with this branch, so I think you can push the image. Would it be possible to tag a new release and also tag the docker image as well?

I have one more quick fix to get in before release - as for the summary, I think @satra can chime in
