add/provide Singularity image #192

Should we add/provide a Singularity image in addition to the Docker image? I mean, converting is rather straightforward using e.g. docker2singularity or just singularity pull but as neurodocker supports it, it could be added to neurodocker.sh.

Please feel free to add it to neurodocker.sh, as that would be great to include!
