how to install mindboggle package? #201

Hello, I have install the nipype package using 'pip install nipype', but 'pip install mindboggle' can't install it. Do you know how to solve it?

By the way, is there any ways to convert the vtk to annot?

But I find no way to convert vtl to .annot file, only find .annot to vtk file. This package support vtk to annot function?
