solved with:
mindboggle123 /home/jovyan/work/anat/T1w.nii.gz
I'm glad you were able to spot the issue (missing the command). We've seen some issues with Mindboggle on clusters over the past year or so, so please let us know if you have success or more difficulties.
Thanks!
sure 😉

I am trying to run singularity on cluster:
singularity run -B /imaging/pilots/sub-01/:/home/jovyan/work -B /imaging/soft/freesurfer/6.0.0/x86_64/license.txt:/config/license.txt -e mindboggle.simg /home/jovyan/work/anat/T1w.nii.gz
the error is: /neurodocker/startup.sh: line 5: /home/jovyan/work/anat/T1.nii.gz: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
I saw the similar problem on docker. Anyhow not sure how to solve it.
