provenance crashing #41

If I don't comment out the following line, mindboggle crashes:

config.enable_provenance()

I needed to install the latest nipype...

Oddly, I didn't need to update nipype for this to run just fine in Ubuntu. It was only on my Mac that I got this error.

ubuntu has the latest version of nipype - 0.9.2 - if through neurodebian.
