@mih writes of Neurodebian:
"Ubuntu vivid has reached "end-of-life" almost a year ago. We do not support things beyond the vendor's supported life span (hard to keep up without this anyways). You can find information on the life spans of ubuntu releases here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases -- I suggest you either base on an Ubuntu LTS, or on Debian stable to max out the lifetime."
hi @sunhuaiqiang - I'm working on this, but in the meantime, you don't need to build the docker image to use it. It already exists on docker-hub, you can pull it by running docker pull bids/mindboggle
The installation page (http://mindboggle.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#installing-mindboggle) accidentally had "build" rather than "pull" in the docker command -- I apologize for the confusion -- please use the updated command!
Hi Arno, I encounter an error when I build the image, the problem located at line 40 of the dockerfile. The neurodebian repository seems been removed for ubuntu 15.04.
