remove home.html; it's not used and duplicates index.html #22

Title says it all. I can't see a need for it.. but I'm guessing @vsoch knows one! :)

Nope, it's an artifact from when the base url page was to the "blog type thing." I think Gael suggested having the projects front and center, and so I essentially copied the home.html to be index.html. It's good to remove it (and not introduce the confusion).

I just looked through the various include and I don't see it, so I'm going to merge.
