Does anyone know who owns / manages the domain? It's likely a domain issue. If needed we could remove the CNAME and then render from GitHub directly, but ideally we fix it.

Sorry about that, my credit card that was set to autopay expired and I missed the email. I updated the domain for 3 more years last night and everything seems to be back up now.
