Suggestion to delete two folders

I found two folders that probably can be deleted. They both don't seem to serve any purpose:

• https://github.com/nipy/nipype/tree/master/nipype/tests
• https://github.com/nipy/nipype/tree/master/nipype/workflows/warp

Connected to this, I found 5 files that are empty and perhaps can be deleted, too (at least the first one). But as I don't fully understand it, it is very likely, that the empty init.py files serve their right purpose.

• I think https://github.com/nipy/nipype/tree/master/nipype/tests is used when testing, so we should keep that to not remove coverage

• I'm fine with removing https://github.com/nipy/nipype/tree/master/nipype/workflows/warp

• looks like https://github.com/nipy/nipype/commit/637a73b25a0a8fb9663ab58213d16ab7705b031d wiped fmri_openfmri.py @oesteban was this intended?

• all the other ones are used for importing tests/cli, so they should stay as well

I'd say that fmri_openfmri.py was renamed into fmri_ants_openfmri.py
