Results of deconvolution 5D but expected to be 3D #3305

Hello,

I'm trying to plot the results of deconvolution of 4D series (through Afni interface). But instead of getting a 3D coeff. matrix I get 5D matrix. Can you please suggest why it happens, because I could not find.

Hi @Chercas, thanks for the question. Could you share some example code that demonstrates the problem and some basic details of your inputs (e.g. nib-ls output for images)?
