pydra interface packages from nipype 1 #170

we should perhaps chat about the next steps are for trying to convert an interface to pydra input/output specs and seeing which ones will require manual overrides. this will likely require work on nipype and pydra, especially if we are to be able to eventually do a nipype1to2 script.

we should also chat about:

i think two of the easier ones to convert would be Slicer and BrainsTools, since they already have formal specification of inputs and outputs.
