The guide is a help to explain users about tax, tax issues. The difference from the manual is that the manual explains them how to use the software. The Guide explains them on the subject the software is processing for them. If the software they use is a license for accounting, the guide will offer a 'book' with different chapters on accounting, that they can read at any time to understand better abount accounting. If the license they use is about the 210, it explains about this model. etc.

The guide is meant to have different layers. Layer 1 can be asigned to for example superuser/company only, so they can only see this layer. Other users cannot read this layer. Layer 2 can be asigned to for example superuser/company and client/business users who paid for that particular license. Other users that did not pay cannot see the layer 2. Layer 3 is visible to all users that have acces to the software. 230319 License guide layers.pdf

In the example I have attached you can see 2 paragraphs of text. It starts with the blue text, which is the information as displayed in the guide for all users to read (1 to 3). The green layer is only for levels 1 and 2, but not 3. The information in the guide continues with the second blue text. In that paragraph there is a red text addition which is only visible for level 1.

The content willwe able to hold images as a reference.

The superuser must be able to edit and add format to the guide:

The company (level 2) cannot edit, only view.

Reply : So we understood that when super admin adds guide they have to choose in the layers (values like layer - 1 -> ‘Company’(if that license taken), layer - 2 -> ‘Clients’ / ‘Business Client’ (if that license taken) layer - 3 -> All ) and associate with license . If the company or client taken that license then can view the guide.

Thank you. The guide is now the same as the manual. We cannot give it format, nor create: Title 1, title 2, title 3, title 4 Add links to other parts of the guide Create an index Create a list of terminology or at least a 'search' option

I do not see the implementation of the above in the Guide
