This menu holds the options that I thought we could program under 'my settings'. I though the 'settings' to use for setting basic configuration options for users of the software, translations. We can keep 'Master' and lose 'My Setings'. That is fine. Either way it is just a naming of the menu for the superuser.

There are current 3 lists: Provinces, Municipalities and Post Codes. But the Post Code list already holds all provinces, all municipalities and post codes. This makes the 'Provinces' and the 'Municipalities' list redundand.

We can add other categories under Master to be able to control other standard lists and settings in the software. If not now, maybe in future.
