1 year ago When clicking on the details of a client there is an error although this seems only to be the popup because after clicking 'OK' we are able to edit the client information Reply : For confirmation purpose we had added this as per your comment we will remove it.
• We cannot amend the name, email and address, but we should be able to amend it. Reply: There is no provision from company you can enter into the client interface and update there.
• when updating the client an error occurred: Reply: Okay we will fix this
• The 'Type' - can you connect this to 'marital status' and only required if the person is 'married'. Reply: Okay we will fix this
• The 'user type' is meant to differentiate between a person or a company user. Please read general information that I have send to explain accounts and data structure. Reply: Okay we will fix this
• In this view is missing the personal information required if certain licenses are bought. For example, if the client has purchased a 'conveyance' license, we need here also to see the information on his/her property Reply: Okay we will fix this
