1 year ago - In the database we have many fields to define a user, in this case a 'Company'. To be able to create a correct account quickly, it is sufficient the data currently shown (Company Name, email, telephone) so an email is sent to the Company inviting them to insert the full data of the company according to the 'data structure' we have in the database (see attachement). This means that this form is OK for a quick start, but once the client confirms and enters the system, they are requiered to enter more specific data of their company for the purpose of being able to create a contract and to send an invoice).
- In the phone field there is no possibility to point out the country code
- The address field is not necesary for a quick start, but it would be necesary for complete registration.
- the password: can it be generated automatically like a 'one time password' so that after creating the new client (which is in this case a company) can change it to a password they prefer?
