Install shortcuts permission #539

Could you please remove this permission?

The latest version at Play Store (the one that is now closed source) requests a 
new permission: Install shortcuts.

Usually, spammy apps have this permission, and they usually receive low 
ratings. I personally avoid any app with this permission. I believe it will be 
better for the app if it doesn't require such permission.
