pen taps don't work anymore #592

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.any djvu file
2.try to scroll with pen

What is the expected output?
pen taps or scrolling should work

What do you see instead?
no interaction with pen but touch works

What version of the product are you using?
2.0.6

On what operating system?
4.1.2

What device are you using?

This is also a problem with pdf files. I am using version 2.0.6 of the product 
on Android 4.1.2. I am using a Samsung Note 8.0.

Fixed. Added new option in Tools: use pen for drawing or scrolling.
