Title bar does not automatically hide when the "Show Title" setting is off #598

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off the "Show Title" setting
2. Open menu (either via tap or the menu key)
3. Choose an item from the menu or dismiss the menu 

What is the expected output?
The menu popup is dismissed, then the title bar should also hide automatically 
(because of the setting)

What do you see instead?
The menu popup is dismissed, but the title bar remains. One needs to press the 
menu key or tap to dismiss the title bar. 

What version of the product are you using?
v2.0.8

On what operating system?
Android 4.1 & 4.2

What device are you using?
Nexus 4 + Samsung Note 8
