What steps will reproduce the problem?

Could you make this kind of pdf to be faster and sharper.
The pdf is a scanned from a book with and image overlay and ocr text hidden in 
the background. The program that was used was finereader pro
The file is 76Mb.

I do not understand what is wrong. File opens almost instatly and is as sharp 
as possible. What device are you using?
