Could try to use subject hierarchy and filter by node type.

If segmentation -> convert to labelmap
If labelmap -> use directly

I Can't make labelmap with your NIRFASTSlicer but i made this with 3D Slicer

Hi @lausiv7. Can you reproduce that error with the same workflow when using Slicer (currently 4.10.2) ? If yes, please direct your question to discourse.slicer.org
