pip package is corrupted #7

erfa.h is missing in the package erfa_python-2016.05.04.tar.gz available from Pypi.

thank you for the report. i uploaded to pypi a new version erfa_python-2016.06.11 that includes the missing header.

new version updated from latest sofa revision has been uploaded. feel free to report any issue.
