weave net CNI support #26

Hi, first of all, I wanna say thanks for a nice attempt for solving this K8s egress problem, if I understand right, this solution doesn't support weave net CNI for now? I tried to test it on my own on-premise K8s cluster with Weave CNI but it looks like it does not work properly.
