Store all chart arifacts in nirmata/kyverno-charts repo #50

nirmata/kyverno-charts is the central charts repository to host all Nirmata charts in a single place. Update the release job to push the chart artifact to the central charts repo.

The aws adapter chart contents in the charts repository are already stale. As a follow-up from this issue, cleanup the charts repo
