Responsiveness and compatability issues #108

  1. Bad responsiveness of the top of the sidebar when changing width (social icons, "who are we" and open taba title)
  2. Map issues on Internet Explorer - need to check
  3. Possible problem with "jump to city" button on map with Chrome on Windows - need to check
