We got the data from Givataiim thanks to a freedom of information request by Aviv.

On first site, looks legit. When I convert a few coordinates they are indeed in Givataiim..

Need to do:

[x] convert all coordinates from ITM to WGS84. There's a JS lib for that
[x] extract gush ID. It seems like they use the THICKNESS field for gush ID (??) - it seems like the values correspond to Givataiim gushim IDs. It shows as float, ie 6167.0000, seems like that's how SHP files usually treat all numbers.

done in https://github.com/niryariv/opentaba-client/commit/9c75be38a9a1ffe38b6620c38b159d130c671efd (the THICKNESS part is really normal, a lot of the gushim maps came like this or with values in other weird fields)
