cleanup index.js #77

currently index.js carries remnants of old installations - we need to make sure all the munis that have a server working have the complete data in index.js (incl boundaries, display name etc).

would be a good idea to make a fab task for updating just the index.js file, would be useful in site maintenance.

done in https://github.com/niryariv/opentaba-client/commit/a508b258cbb1f007aee948680a5558a9b4a358bd we're still left with eilat, givataiim, jerusalem (duh) and tveria, and besides jerusalem none of them have their own fb and twitter pages.

as we talked, the task update_gushim_client does the adding of a new municipality's details to index.js.
