move the current text on the homepage to a slider #83

to make room for "recent plans", we'll add a button to the top left side of the sidebar "מי אנחנו". when the user clicks, a slider drops down and shows the content that's currently there.

Bonus points: only move the content & create the button after "recent plans" loads, and do it in an animation effect so the user understands the content now moved there.

https://github.com/niryariv/opentaba-client/commit/7c6465979a41468e5d3155e949b146faa2c0963a made it as a bootstrap modal dialog like we talked about. i think it definetly needs prettying up.. also maybe the second dialog opening from within this one is not such a good idea?
