ie "תל אביב" instead of "\u05db\u05ea" etc

After researching this for sometime, I can assure you this isn't trivial.. maybe Udi's suggestion (solving from the client side) is better, or if we dump json for another format (and re - seperating the erros from the geojson

Anyway, I'll continue tomorrow
