Add read timeout for the TCP connection to help detect wifi disconnection or other failures
When USB/TCP error is detected, interrupt the other thread to stop waiting on the read/write operation

The test I used is to put the mobile on airplane mode and then turn off the airplane mode, if the dongle recover from and you can continue use the android auto it pass. I prove this branch and still it doesn't work

@Ioniq3 would you be able to try the latest changes and share some logs if it still does not work?
